Sometimes it’s helpful to remind yourself that even when you don’t have the solution to a toxic situation, it’s enough of a start to acknowledge that whatever you *do* need, it’s “NOT THIS”. Whether that be an abusive relationship or an exploitative system that destroys humanity in the name of profit, what we are going through is not okay, and a better world is possible. But it’s “not this”.
